This text describes several incidents: On September 22, 2020, a theft occurred at 4900 block of South Dakota Ave, NE, involving a person and vehicle of interest. The East Los Angeles Sheriff's department is accused of hassling a homeless man who tried to stop a potentially drunk driver. Another incident mentioned is a robbery at a Denny's in Commerce on 12/11/12. There was also a PIT maneuver used to stop a driver by spinning them out.
